All Bilanx bath collection accessories, unless stated otherwise below, are warranted against manufacturers defect in materials or workmanship, including finishes of products, for a period of two years from the purchase date of the product. Bilanx bath collection series fold-up shower seat hinges and frames are warranted against mechanical defect for the product lifetime, to the original owner. The seat hinge mechanical warranty does not extend to the finish of the hinge or the seat slats (which carry a 2 year warranty as stated above). Bilanx bath collection seat slats manufactured of HDPE material (white, gray, sand, black andfaux teak) are warranted for a period of five years if properly maintained (see below). All Biocote vinyl coated steel products carry a limited lifetime warranty to be free of manufacturing defects. The Bilanx bath collection warranty provides for the replacement of the product or defective part and its shipping cost, via regular ground parcel delivery. Health at Home, Inc. will not be liable for any labor, damage, or other expense of any kind incurred with the sale or use of its products. All products are intended for indoor use. Exposure to harsh conditions in uncontrolled temperature and moisture environments may void product warranty.
