Therefore, EZ Able® doesn't sell individually identifiable information about its users and customers to a third party*.

When you order or purchase an EZ Able® product, you may be required to give us contact and payment information (such as credit card information) so we may process your order. When you pay for an EZ Able® product using a credit card, we use your credit card information only to fulfill your order and for other internal purposes.

Online Orders are processed via a secure internet connection.  EZ Able does not acquire any credit card number information, beyond the last four digits, when orders are processed online.

Orders processed over the phone. We have a policy to immediately destroy credit card information. WE DO NOT STORE your credit card information. Therefore, we will need to gather your information again for any subsequent payments or new orders.

If you contact one of our customer service representatives, we may ask you for information such as your name, address and email address so we can respond to your questions or comments. We may retain this information to personalize your experience with us and better assist you the next time you contact us.

Does EZ Able® share the information it obtains about me with third parties?

EZ Able® does not share personal information about its consumers with any third parties outside the EZ Able® corporate family for their own marketing purposes. However, we may do so within the EZ Able® corporate family.
