HINT: 

• Most states have minimum passing widths when the stairlift is folded.  In Michigan that distance is 20" when the lift is folded.  Therefore, this lift should meet code in Michigan, when installed properly, if the stairway is at least 31 inches wide.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:

• Folding Rail - Harmar’s exclusive automatic and mechanical folding rail eliminates a trip hazard at the lower landing area. Its operation is automatic, the user does not need to stop or have someone else assist. And since it’s mechanical, there are no additional switches or controls.

• Key Lock 

• The Pinnacle SL300 comes standard with 15'6" of rail, which is enough for most stairways.  7" of top tread overrun is required.  Therefore, the standard rail will work on stairways with lower floor to top nose lengths of 14' 9" or less.  The purchaser has the option to buy additional Rail.
