Bilanx bath collection series fold-up shower seat hinges and frames are warranted against mechanical defect for the product lifetime, to the original owner. The seat hinge warranty does not extend to the finish of the hinge or the seat slats. Bilanx bath collection seat slats manufactured of HDPE material (white, gray, and black) are warranted for a period of five years if properly maintained (cleaned with soap and water or mild, non-abrasive household cleaners). This warranty provides for the replacement of the product or defective part and its shipping cost, via regular ground parcel delivery.
