The Drive Medical ZooMe Auto-Flex mobility scooter is ideal for on-the-go lifestyles combining a lightweight design and premium "Flex" feature of single-motion folding and unfolding for easy transportation. Unlike most travel scooters, no assembly or disassembly required! The compact frame allows you to easily transport or store the scooter in the trunk of a car. The 4-wheel design provides optimal stability on all types of terrain. The ZooMe Auto-Flex electric scooter includes an angle-adjustable delta tiller for maximum driving comfort, and ensures easy throttle control for users with limited dexterity.

DELIVERY SERVICE OPTIONS:

Power Mobility products, have three (3) residential delivery options:

Standard Delivery | Doorstep Delivery (STDDLV):

A carrier will unload the item from their vehicle via lift gate (if required) and place directly in front of the customers door. The carrier will contact the customer to schedule a time for delivery only on oversized orders. Typical transit time 1 - 5 business days.

Inside Delivery (INSIDEDLV):

A premium option whereby a home delivery agent will unload the item from their vehicle via lift gate and place inside any first floor room of customer's choice. The receiving customer will be contacted within 48 hours of shipping to schedule a time for delivery. An additional fee will be assessed for remote delivery locations. Typical transit time 2 - 9 business days.

Inside Delivery does NOT include:

  • Assembly or Instruction.
  • Carrying items Upstairs.
  • Removal of Packaging.
  • Weekend, Holiday, Expedited, or Outside Business Hours Delivery.
  • Delivery Outside the Continental US.

White Glove Delivery (WHTGLVSRV):

A premium option whereby a home delivery agent will unload the pre-assembled item from their vehicle via lift gate and place inside any room of customer's choice. During delivery, the agent will provide instruction for basic operation and use. At the request of the customer, the agent can either place the packaging in a location for safe keeping (inside the customers home) or haul away for discard. Upon completion of delivery, the customer will be asked to complete a small questionnaire confirming their satisfaction with the delivery. The receiving customer will be contacted within 48 hours of shipping to schedule a time for the delivery and again with 24 hours of delivery by phone to complete a post-delivery satisfaction survey. An additional fee will be assessed for remote delivery locations. Typical transit time 2 - 9 business days.

For the warranty periods listed below, beginning at the date of original purchase, Drive Medical will repair or replace, at its option to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Drive Medical to be defective in materials and/or workmanship. The warranties contained herein extend and apply only to the original purchaser. Limited Lifetime o Main Frame o Seat Post o Platform o Frame Welds 14 Months o Electrical harness o Joystick o Motor / gearbox assembly o Brakes electromagnetic function ONLY o Controller o PC Board o Charger o Throttle 6 Months o Batteries are covered by a separate 6 month warranty provided by the battery manufacturer The following items are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material at the time of delivery. If the following items are found to be defective or damaged immediately after the product is removed from the box, Drive Medical will repair or replace, at its option to the original purchaser, free of charge, the following items: o Plastic shrouds o Tires o Tubes o Anti-tip wheels o Plastic footrests o Floor mats o Swing arm o Motor brushes o Upholstery and Seating o Armrest pads o Fuses and Bulbs o Plastic connections o Metal connection pins, hardware, nuts, bolts & star knobs o Bearings and bushings o Front rigging mounting brackets o Plastic components, excluding body ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS Items not mentioned or listed are covered at the discretion of Drive Medical. Any accessories, standard or optional, supplied by Drive Medical, are covered for a period of one year from the date of purchase with the particular unit. XIV. LIMITED WARRANTY RECONDITIONED UNITS WARRANTY All reconditioned units are covered by a 90-day warranty from Drive Medical effective from the date of purchase. REPLACEMENT PARTS WARRANTY Parts that are supplied by Drive Medical as replacements to warranted parts will be warranted for a period of time equal to the remainder of the original part’s warranty period. SERVICE CHECKS AND WARRANTY SERVICE Warranty service must be performed by an authorized Drive Medical provider. Do not return faulty parts to Drive Medical without prior written authorization. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of Drive Medical. Failure to follow the instructions, warnings and notes in the owner’s manual and those located on your Drive Medical product can result in personal injury or product damage and will void Drive Medical’s product warranty. There is no other express warranty. IMPLIED WARRANTIES Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to one (1) year from the date of original purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and all other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages under any and all warranties are excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.     Start by logging into your account. Under ORDERS, click on the tab called RETURNS. Once you fill out and submit your return request, then EZ Able® will begin the Return Authorization process.
    Some items are returned directly to EZ Able, while others are returned directly to the manufacturer. Return Authorization processing times vary by manufacturer. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your authorization via email. The emailed Return Authorization Form will have all of the information necessary to return your item. You are responsible for return shipping. The restocking fee, if any, will be listed on the Return Authorization Form.
  • Do you ship to Canada? Hawaii? Alaska?
