Warranty Any shower supplied by EZ Able® carries the same warranty provided by our supplier. EZ Able® units supplier warranty to the owner of its products are as follows: Multi-piece, fully wood backed shower and shower base models manufactured of fiberglass reinforced polyester resin, that it will, free of charge, repair any EZ Able® unit found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection by an authorized representative of EZ Able® for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of purchase of the unit by a qualified professional. The exchange of a unit is limited to supplying a replacement unit of comparable size and style and does not include any cost of removal or installation. Any component part supplied by EZ Able® carries the same limited warranty provided by our supplier for a period of one (1) year. Any Century Stone Solid Surface finish product of the same configuration will carry a thirty (30) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. All other products sold by EZ Able® are under warranty for a period of three (3) years on gelcoat finished products, five (5) years on acrylic finished products, and ten (10) years on CenturyStone™ Solid Surface finished products. This warranty applies to the materials and the workmanship of the product. Walk-In bathtubs supplied and sold to EZ Able® are under warranty for a period of three (3) years on gelcoat finished products, and ten (10) years on CenturyStone™ Solid Surface finished products. This warranty applies to the materials and the workmanship of the product. Any component part supplied by EZ Able® carries the same limited warranty provided by our supplier for a period of one (1) year. The door threshold seal of the Walk-In bathtub is under warranty for a period of ten (10) years for replacement of parts only. This warranty shall be voided if the unit is moved from its place of initial installation or is not installed in accordance with the instructions supplied by the manufacturer of the unit. Further, this warranty does not apply if the unit has been subjected to accident, abuse, misuse, damage caused by flood, fire, or act of God. The owner agrees by use of the unit that the obligations of EZ Able® shall not exceed to contingent or indirect damage or injury to the structure of its contents, that the obligations of EZ Able® are limited to those set forth herein, and that no other obligations, expressed or implied, are assumed by EZ Able®. Customers have 36 hours to notify EZ Able® of the lost/stolen package in order to qualify for a replacement item.

    Start by logging into your account. Under ORDERS, click on the tab called RETURNS. Once you fill out and submit your return request, then EZ Able® will begin the Return Authorization process.
    Some items are returned directly to EZ Able, while others are returned directly to the manufacturer. Return Authorization processing times vary by manufacturer. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your authorization via email. The emailed Return Authorization Form will have all of the information necessary to return your item. You are responsible for return shipping. The restocking fee, if any, will be listed on the Return Authorization Form.
