The 2020 Holiday Season brings many challenges.

Covid 19 is impacting the manufacturing process.

Manufacturers have implemented safety protocols that have far-reaching impacts on their businesses. Often, their raw material supply chains and the time-frame to receive raw materials have increased. Additionally, the measures to help ensure worker safety have often slowed down productivity too. This means that the lead times for some of our manufacturers have increased. If your project is time-sensitive, please reach out and ask about the manufacturing lead time for your product. Many US manufacturers close & retool during the last two weeks of December. Therefore, if you want to complete a project during this timeframe, please contact us to confirm that your product is available and ready to ship.

Currently, we ARE NOT seeing any manufacturing delays in our Quickdrain line of products which include: Proline Drain, Showerline Drain, WallDrain and Retrofit Drain.

Covid 19 and the impact on shipping timeframes.

Both small package and large over-the-road carriers are experiencing longer delivery times. PLEASE keep this in mind when purchasing your products. Due to Covid 19, more people are having purchases delivered directly to their homes. This is creating a huge demand for trucking services. Large freight items are impacted as well.

Please be aware that typical lead times listed on our website are not guaranteed. Please note that the distance from our US manufacturing plants to your home or business has an impact on your delivery timeframe.
